IADVL Kerala membership rules, privileges and how to apply for IADVL membership.
Membership rules
- All members of national IADVL (Life Members and Provisional Life Members) applying through Kerala are by default members of the state branch; separate membership is not mandatory and not possible.
- Members applying for transfer of membership to Kerala from another branch are also included, but membership can be retained in only one branch.
- Cessation of central membership automatically applies to IADVL Kerala, and the person is removed from the state membership register.
Rights and privileges
- All members have the right to attend and participate in general body and scientific meetings organised by IADVL Kerala. Fees determined for scientific meetings and conferences are payable by all members.
- All life members are eligible for election as office bearers according to the prescribed criteria, and are entitled to vote at meetings of IADVL Kerala.
- All members of IADVL Kerala have access to the official state journal.
- A member can change membership to another branch by applying online to the Honorary Secretary General through the state secretary, without paying any fee.
